All items are made to order. Most orders are processed and ready to ship within 1-3 business days, depending on the complexity of the item and current order queues. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Options
- Standard Shipping: Free for all orders over Rs.1000.
- Express Shipping: Available at an additional cost for faster delivery. Please select this option at checkout if required.
3. Delivery Times
After processing, orders are typically delivered within 1-3 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly based on location and external factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Carrier
We use M&P Courier for all nationwide deliveries.
- Lahore Residents: For faster delivery, you may contact us to arrange delivery via Bykea at your own expense.
5. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor its status and estimated delivery date.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays can occur due to factors such as holidays, weather conditions, or high demand. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
7. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping but plan to expand our shipping options in the future.
8. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy for instructions on submitting a claim. All claims for damage must be made within 12 hours of receiving the order.
